Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Josh is a Duval native. He started in the automotive business in 1998 and has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 6 years. On top of Josh’s daily management responsibilities, he also works hard to establish lifelong client relationships and is always willing to assist any employee in need. Josh is the proud father to two children and enjoys spending his free time with his family. Josh also loves hunting and mountain bike riding.

Originally from Havana, Cuba, Pete has lived in Jacksonville for 14 years. He has over 20 years of automotive industry experience and has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 6 years. As a member of our Finance Department, Pete makes sure every customer receives the best financing possible. Pete loves being a father to his 3 sons and is proud that all of his sons are successful. In his free time, Pete enjoys spending time out on his boat.

Originally from New York, Arturo has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Arturo says he enjoys the family atmosphere at Claude Nolan Cadillac. His knowledge of cars and great customer service skills ensures his customers find the perfect car to fit their needs. When he is not at work, Arturo enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his wife.

Steve has spent his entire career, more than 40 years, in the automotive industry and has been an important member of the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 28 years. Steve has built his reputation on his personal commitment to handling every customer with honesty and integrity. Outside of the office, Steve enjoys going to the mountains with his family where they all go hiking together.

Born and raised in Palatka, FL, Chuck has over 27 years of automotive experience. He has been a part of the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 10 years and can usually be found making customers laugh with one of his numerous funny stories. Chuck is dedicated to providing the best customer service and enjoys helping customers find their dream vehicle. Out of the office, Chuck loves spending time with his grandson and helping his wife in their garden. Chuck is a big Florida State fan. Go Noles!

Jimmy is a Duval native and has over 17 years of automotive industry experience. He has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 2 years and is a Cadillac Mark of Excellence Award Winner. Away from the dealership, Jimmy enjoys fishing and spending time with his two daughters and their dog, Cooper.

Steve Smith is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan but has lived in Jacksonville for 23 years. Steve is very passionate about customer service and the Cadillac brand. Away from the office, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and playing frisbee.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Jacob is new to the automotive industry with a willingness to learn from his coworkers who he says are the best thing about working at Claude Nolan Cadillac.  Jacob has been with Claude Nolan for a month and when he isn't here, he loves to drive his car. One of his greatest accomplishments was winning his 7^th grade spelling bee! 

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky and has over 20 years of automotive industry experience.  She has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for a month. Renee loves working here because of the family atmosphere. Outside of work, Renee, being a breast cancer survivor, takes nothing for granted and enjoys spending time with her partner of 19 years in North Carolina, enjoying little league games and dance recitals for her grandchildren. 

Originally from Louisiana, Eddie has more than 40 years of experience in the automotive industry. Eddie’s goal is to ensure all our service advisors and technicians have the most up to date training and resources so they can provide the best service experience possible. Away from work, Eddie enjoys spending time at the beach with his family.

Born and raised right here in Jacksonville, Mary has over 23 years of automotive industry experience.  Mary enjoys working for Claude Nolan because of the easygoing, family atmosphere.  Mary's bubbly personality is a great asset to the dealership, and we are grateful to have her.  Outside of work, Mary enjoys camping with family and cheering on the Florida Gators, Dallas Cowboys, or watching Nascar. 

Originally from Charlotte North Carolina, John has lived in Jacksonville for 18 years and has been a part of the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 6 months. He has been in the automotive industry for 18 years and has been recognized by manufacturers for his high Customer Satisfaction Index for taking care of his customers.  John enjoys working here because of the teamwork and excellent management.   Outside of work, John can be found at Disney World, on a golf course, riding a jet ski, or cheering on the Florida Gators with his wife and children. 

Originally from Wisconsin, Paula has lived in Jacksonville for 35 years and been a part of the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 3 years. Paula loves working here because she feels like everyone is a team player. Outside of work, Paula loves spending time with her husband and is proud of raising a wonderful daughter with him.

Patrick is a Duval native and a United States Army veteran. He has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 2 years and loves the open and friendly environment. You can usually find Patrick helping out a fellow co-worker while wearing a smile. Out of the office, Patrick loves cooking for his grandchildren and spending time with his wife.

Originally from South America, Ganesh has lived in Jacksonville, FL for the last 25 years. Gee greatly enjoys interacting with customers and always displays great customer service. Outside of work, Ganesh loves cooking for his daughter.

Originally from Bosnia, Izzy has lived in Jacksonville for 25 years with his wife and has been a part of the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 4 months.  He has worked in the automotive industry for 15 years and believes that the customers and his fellow employees are what makes it great to work for Claude Nolan.  When Izzy isn't at work he enjoys working out and playing with his animals. 

Bob has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 7 years. Bob is dedicated to providing the best customer service and enjoys helping customers get back on the road.

Mark has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 6 years. Mark gives his absolute best to ensure that each customer is happy while he facilitates between them and the insurance company.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl, Alison has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 5 years. She provides great customer service and goes above and beyond for our Collision Center customers. Outside of the office, Alison enjoys going to the gym and mountain biking.

Wayne oversees the shipment and delivery of all our automotive parts. He has been a valuable employee for six years and we are glad to have him be a part of the Claude Nolan Cadillac parts team. In his free time, Wayne is a championship bowler!

Kim has been part of the Claude Nolan family for 22 years! Her administrative expertise keeps the parts department running smoothly.

Originally from Colombia, Pablo has over 23 years of experience in the automotive industry. Pablo has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 5 years and loves the friendly, fun environment. In his free time, Pablo loves spending time with his family. Pablo is proud to be bilingual.

Rachel has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 4 years. Rachel’s friendly personality and can-do attitude have made her a great addition to our parts department.

Richard has been with the Claude Nolan Cadillac family for 27 years. Richard’s parts experience and expertise is a valuable asset to the company.
