I only wish there were more stars for this review....Five is not enough for the fantastic, professional service that we received from Claude Nolan Cadillac Dealer in Jacksonville,Fla. Steve Smith was the very reason for our wonderful, stress free experience when buying our new Cadillac. From the time that my husband first contacted him on the phone ,a few months ago, until we walked into the showroom to pick up the car, thru today when Steve Smith called us to see how we liked our new car and follow up with a question that we had about something. He went into much detail, and pride when explaining the workings of the car. We have bought many cars thru the years but we have never experienced the patience, knowledge and kindness that this man has shown to us. We will be back. We will also tell everyone that we know when looking for a Cadillac to go to your dealer and be sure to ask for Steve Smith.
